Our autumn Learn to Row course starts
on 7th September 2016 and comprises 10 sessions - the introduction on
Wednesday evening and then on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Our beginners have now become
improvers! Please welcome them to the sessions on Tuesday,
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
The nights are drawing in, so Tuesday's session willl start at 6.45
and Thursday's at 6.30 p.m.
There will be a day row on the Wey Navigation on Bank Holiday Monday,
Forthcoming rowing events
The Desborough Challenge has been postponed to Sunday 25th September
to fit in with the Sailing Club's activities.
The next Weyfarers Social evening will be on Thursday 8th September at
the Old Crown.

The Christmas Dinner Dance will be on Saturday 26th November at
Silvermere Golf Club.
Weyfarers are also welcome to join in the Weybridge RC
lunchtime Sunday Socials on the first Sunday of each month. Free
nibbles and a chance to relax over a drink or two in the club bar.
Recent rowing events
Five boats went on a trip to Molesey and
back on Friday 5th August, including some visitors from Trondheim
(Norway) and Broxbourne.
The Louis Braille visitors had a wonderful time learning to row at Weyfarers. Here's a
video from day 1 where they are on the rowing tank at Molesey.

National Tour 2016
Details of this year's National Tour are now
available. We will be in Yorkshire, rowing on the Aire & Calder
Canal, New Junction Canal and River Don Navigation, starting in Leeds,
going through Doncaster and finishing at our hotel in Mexborough.
